Inspired by the burgeoning Korean-Mexican fusion truck scene in their native Los Angeles, brothers Ben and Jon Lee found a perfect opportunity to pursue after their time in the Air Force. They opened LA Burger in Irving, TX to introduce diners to the flavors of Korean cuisine, fusing them with American favorites. LA Burger has been featured in the Dallas Observer and D-Magazine while also receiving overwhelming praise on Yelp.

Our mission is to creatively fuse familiar flavors of American fare with the unique flavors of Korean Cuisine to our diners. For example KIMCHI, the hallmark of Korean cuisine, and BULGOGI, Korea’s favorite barbecued beef. -And let’s not forget DEJIGOGI, a spicy, and flavorful barbecued pork.
